Ein Gedanke zu „Organisationen verstehen….Endlich!“

1. „We live in organizations, we function in organizations. We do very little on our own.“ This is presented as a fact, which, of course, makes our understanding of organizations imperative. Or it could be that this is a self-serving narrative of the prophets of organizational theory while in truth people do most things on their own (often not even in teams let alone in organizations), that we mostly function (better) outside of organizations, because their bureaucracy carries an extra (often unnecessary) burden, and that we might be better off dismantling (large) organizations instead of spending more time understanding them. Or perhaps invest some of that energy in rebuilding more foundational structures like families (without which we actually cannot function). That’s where one used t
